About

Made by one person, on purpose.

Lefover is a small product with one job. This page says who builds it, what it believes, what it will never be, and where it is going.

Chapter 01 · The story

Why Lefover exists.

Most people who check a banking app every day still do not know what they can spend. The balance is right there, and it answers the wrong question. That gap is where months go quietly wrong.

The tools that promise to fix this mostly ask for more work. Budgets to set, transactions to tag, reports to review. They assume the missing thing is discipline. Lefover assumes the missing thing is one honest number: money in checking, minus the bills still due this cycle, minus what you set aside.

Lefover is built and run by one person. The same person writes the code, reads the support inbox, and signs the bottom of this page. That keeps the product small, calm, and pointed at its one job.

It is for people who pay attention to money because they have to, not because they want to. If you have ever stood at a counter genuinely unsure whether the answer is yes, Lefover was made for you.

Chapter 02 · The philosophy

Three decisions, held.

Calm money

No streaks, no confetti, no countdowns. Lefover speaks when the money itself has news, and stays quiet otherwise.

Zero manual entry

Bills are detected from the bank connection and reserved automatically. Nothing to log, nothing to tag, ever.

One plan

$15.99 a month or $175.89 a year, with one month free. Every member gets the whole product.

Chapter 03 · The refusals

What it refuses to become.

Too many tools start clean and end cluttered. Too many privacy-first products quietly start selling data when revenue gets tight. This section exists so there is something to point to if Lefover ever forgets itself.

Lefover will not sell your financial data. Not anonymized, not aggregated, not for product improvement. Ever.

Lefover will not become an investment platform, a buy-now-pay-later service, or a place to manage your credit score. It will not gamify saving, recommend stocks, or push you toward debt restructuring.

Lefover will stay focused on the one job: telling you what is safe to spend. Features that feel like growth but make the product worse will keep being turned down.

If it ever drifts, say so. That is meant literally.

Chapter 04 · The road

Where it opens, and when.

The United States opens first. Canada and the United Kingdom come next, and prices there stay approximate until launch. Everywhere else, the waitlist hears first: one email, on launch day.

Wherever you join, your data lives in your region's own database and is never shared across regions.
